Refund Policy

Our refund policy for online Quran classes is very simple. If you decide to cancel before your classes begin, we will give you a full refund. But once you have started your classes, we can’t provide a refund. For some reasons, we could not offer the classes that you have paid for, we will refund you after deducting a small fee. After paying the fee ,If you freezed your classes than fees remaining balance will be transfer to the next month’s classes. But if the refund cost is higher than your fee, we can’t refund in that case. This is how our refund policy works.
